Birthday Night Out

Hey Guys!

So I turned 22 last Wednesday, I'm getting old now! I thought I'd write a blog post on what I wore on my night out. I got this sleeveless skater dress, from Primark (of course) and it was £13. It's really flattering, tight on top and skims over my hips. It looks quite edgy on its own which is cool but I thought I'd make it look a little bit more girly for the night that was in it and added this Dorothy Perkins collar necklace. I'm not the biggest fan of my arms so I wore a black chiffon cardi from H&M to cover them up, #crafty! 

I went out for dinner and then to the Porterhouse in Covent Garden which is always good fun with great music and the buzzing London atmosphere that I love so much. Lots of coffee and takeaway tonight, my 'Diet Plan' is out the window today I'm afraid, this hangover needs nursing! 

Thanks to everyone for the lovely Birthday wishes, cards and presents, they help to cope with this getting old malarky :)

The Reason I'm Not Feeling Great Today

I went out for dinner during the week with my brother, his girlfriend and Alex (my boyfriend) to a restaurant in in Crouch Hill. This sneaky cake came out and surprised me! I think my brothers girlfriend was probably more embarrassed than I was, as she didn't realise they would make such a big deal of it. She assumed they would just bring out the cake, however the lights went off and 'Happy Birthday' came on the loud speakers and so everyone in the restaurant which was quite busy joined in and sang along! It was really nice surprise and even nicer cake!

Hope everyone had a great bank holiday weekend and got to relax! Now I'm off to the Notting Hill Carnival for the day.
